Activator Y U No Activate?

I have two activators that are initially disabled, and are enabled by the same script. The properties are set up properly in the script that enables them, and both are set to Player Activation, and are named.

One of them works, the other does not. Even making it not initially disabled, it simply doesn't activate.
I have this problem relatively frequently, was wondering if anyone might know why sometimes activators just don't behave properly.

Apparently the problem was that the rotation of the activator was 0 degrees on the Z plane. Stupid bug.

Wait wait wait, if Activators are at angle 0 on the z plane, they ignore activation?

...

You just explained SO MANY THINGS. How many times have I worked around what I thought was random activation failure, I can't even count. Jeez.

That explains sooooo much! I don't remember how many triggers i made simply didn't work. That explains so much.... Thanks for that info!
