Is there anyway to listen to the audio of the game? Such as voice files?

If you were to unpack the appropriate bsa file you shouldn't have much of a problem (Skyrim - Voices.bsa and maybe also Skyrim - Voicesixtra.bsa)

Thank you, Antares. I have another question for you or anyone else. How do I make 2 npc's converse with each other? Please use laymen's terms.

Edit: I'm making a small quest mod. I've made the dungeons and added some npc's with the ghost effect. But they don't appear in game. Anyone knows why this is happening?

Open the dialogue, and at the bottom, where it lists the file path, click it and it will play the voice file.

Nice, I didn't know you could play voice files in CK, I knew you could listen to other sounds but that wasn't OP.

There isn't really 'laymens terms' for dialogue. Do the http://www.creationkit.com/Bethesda_Tutorial_Dialogue for it, it's very helpful and will give you a basic understanding of how dialogue works in the Creation Engine.
