The Moth priest reads the scroll but after it just says "This character is busy", cant advance it.

I remember this one bugging for me when I played the vampires's side aswell. So Im assuming all the quests that bugged for me the first time around is bugged here too. Like the portal not opening, unable to "harvest" the trees etc.

Is there a place I can find all console commands to bypass them?

Could having game synching off in steam be the issue? I always have it off because it made my game restart at the worst times. Does game synching do any game updates and such that could be critical?

I read a few weeks ago about a bug that causes it. It listed solutions, but for the life of me I cannot remember the source. As silly as it sounds, have you tried looking on google for the answer? 9 times outta 10 when I have an issue that I can't work out on my own, i'll look on google and get exactly what I want. Found the console command but now stuck at not being able to enter the soulcairn. The stone door on the floor wont open so I guess its google time again :S

Ok I managed to get into the soul cairn but have yet another bug. Google failed me here, anyone know the console command to spawn the NPC for returning Arvaks skull? I have Arvaks skull but the NPC doesent spawn.

Hmm the wiki doesn't list it.

You could go back to an earlier save where that soul is present, and grab his ID via console by clicking on him, and then

prid
moveto player

If that doesn't work, reset the quest: resetquest DLC01SoulCairnHorseQuest2 and do it over again.

Had to use console commands to progress 4 of the main quests. Also the game is still bugged in that everyone that uses crossbow have their animation broken, floating in the ground with all limbs out.

Strange if its a mod, because I have no mods that alter animations in any way.
