I know we've talked a lot about favorite companions here, but this is with a different twist - you can pick from modded companions as well.

I can't do a poll, because there are too many modded companions out there!

My favorites in order:

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26393 - If you have not yet heard of Vilja, the most endorsed mod on Nexus in the last few weeks, then perhaps you were living under a rock? Vilja is the most advanced companion mod I've ever seen. She can read to you, cook for you, shop for you. She has her own fully developed story. She is fully voiced by Emma, the mod author. She is the great great granddaughter of the companion Vilja for Oblivion mod. Get her drunk in a tavern - watch the show!

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20812 - My character's little foxy! He is a stalwart companion, loyal and SO cute! He loves fish and chasing butterflies!

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/8429 - From interesting NPCs. I love his voice. He is a bad-ass with a two-hander and loves horker stew!

So who is your favorite companion, modded or vanilla?

Aela and Lydia are the only followers i've willingly used so far (not counting Serana, who follows you without asking) I like them both

For some reason, i have a habit of making insulting nicknames for Serana. idk why, she's not a bad follower
