Modded NPC's not appearing in-game.

I have only been modding for a short while now, and am still learning. Most of my problems I have been able to work out on my own. However, this one has me stumped. I am suddenly unable to render modded NPC's in-game. I have created several in the past, and they appear in-game and seem to function just fine. But since installing Dawnguard (I don't really know if this has anything to do with it) about a month ago, any NPC's that I create, although they appear in the render window, do not appear in-game. They don't exist. I can get their hex code from the Object View window, but in-game i am told that it isn't a valid ref. id. I also get the message in the construction kit when placing the NPC, "Textures: could not queue texture 0 x 247d78f." Whatever that means. If anyone has a suggestion of what i'm doing wrong, I would appreciate the help.

Ahh, it could be that Dawngaurd, being forced to load before any mods you would make has changed the prefix of the reference ID. Look in the mod manager to see what the new ref id is for your mod. That would explain the ref id error message you are getting.

As for them showing up in game, it could be a load order issue related to above, or something else.
