Note the purple mist aura and the pink/red glowing eyes.

Its permanently attached to my character... i can probably remove it if I know what the hell it is so I can track the ID value.

It looks like the effect you get when you summon a creature. Basically the generic conjuration effect.

Is it listed in your active effects?
