Frowned upon by the Thieves Guild...

Post » Sat Feb 02, 2013 4:33 am

Nura Snow-Shod had sent out a contract to eliminate me as pick pocketed her prior while in between quests with the Thieves Guild. So I figured I would teach her a lesson and her old man since he witnessed my arrow plowing into her head.

So off I go as I plunder there riches which wasnt much and head to quest for the TG. I get back to the Rattaway and hand my quests in and they said I was kicked out and had to pay my way back into the guild.

I know killing contracts part of there quests is not acceptable but why some random person? Will this hinder my relationship with the TG down the road. My apologies if this was brought up before in the past, tried searching for it and became frustrated so good excuse to create an account since I have been browsing the forums for awhile.

Thanks

It may not make much sense objectively, but for the Guild the "killing is bad for business" rule applies always when you're on business. It doesn't matter for them if the person you kill is associated with the job. Next time you want to kill someone like that, finish a job and kill them before you pick up another one.

And don't worry about the relationship with the Guild - once you make amends, it should be as if nothing ever happened.
