I started a new game in honor of the DLC, and rushed right on into Solstheim as soon as I could. I'm at the part where I have all three word for bend will, but only the first unlocked. Whenever I try to get more souls, even in Skyrim, Miraak shows up and steals the soul... I can't complete the questline without unlocking the shouts, which I need souls for, but I can't get souls until I complete the quest line... Is this is a glitch or am I doing something wrong. If this is a glitch that's a huge disappointment that Bethesda let such a huge glitch slip by...

It is random. Some get stolen, others don't. Either keep trying to get a dragon soul, or save before they die, and reload if he steals the soul.

Alright, thanks. I'll keep trying. Locating dragons is getting a bit annoying though...
