I'm at the part with the two halves of the claw to open the keyhole door, and the rings refuse to spin. Is this a bug or a new thingy like the weird sword door in the raven rock mine? If its a glitch anyone know a way around reloading old save??

Hmm I was thinking of doing this quest but I want to see what people answers to this question.

you might want to try loading up a back up save, this happened to me on a new char, in the first dungeon, before dragonborn was out, I just made a new char and never ran into the problem again, didnt bother loading an old save, might be worth a shot.
