I have encountered a glitch during my second play through of Dragonborn. During the final fight with Miraak he heals himself with the souls of the dragons that circle over head, now if you manage to deal a killing blow before Miraak has a chance to retreat and heal himself he will become frozen in the middle of his temple and will not move,attack or take a dragon soul to heal himself. I tried several times to avoid this by trying different weapon combinations etc...etc... but to no end. After several reloads I decided to take the dragons out of the equation by killing them myself but once again the end result was Miraak trying to heal himself and becoming frozen in the middle of his temple. I did however manage to find a way to force the continuation of the story line/fight, in order to force the script forward I tried attacking Miraak with the very dragons he uses to heal, after one dragon death I managed to continue the fight but Miraak became frozen once more. So before giving up I decided to take the dragons out of the equation all together by taking control of them one by one and attacking Mirrak, I managed to have Miraak kill every dragon that was circling over head which in turn removed his source of " healing " which in turn forced the script to continue after I knocked Miraak's health down to the point where he tries to heal himself.

I did manage to fix the issue myself but only by forcing the script ahead so I thought it best to bring this problem to the attention of my fellow explorers and Beth. Yes I was able to fix it but the fight didn't progress as it was intended, I had to figure out how to force the continuation of the story line where as during my first play through Miraak used all 4 dragons to heal himself and the fight felt fluid and organic. I haven't been able to pin-point what caused the problem to begin with but I did manage to find a player controlled solution, I hope it helps the next person who encounters this freezing glitch

P.S. I almost forgot to mention that Dragonrend had no effect on the dragons, in order to bring the dragons down I had to use the Bend will shout to take control of the dragons and one by one order them to attack Miraak forcing him to kill his pets, which in turn removed the source of his healing power.
