I was in mainland skyrim finishing up some quests before I went back to solstheim(spelling) and I killed a dragon and up in the top of the screen it said miirak absorbed a dragon soul. And the. He started talking to me saying "I wonder how it feels to have their soul ripped out and that it he was one step closer to coming back"

I thought it was pretty interesting but lame at he same time that he stole the soul from me!

That was the point of what he was doing. Stealing your kills so he could return.

Infuriating, isn't it? I think that's what they were going for. Totally sold me on killing Miraak.

If only miraak was stronger than Karstaag. Then It would be a challenging fight.

I thought it was pretty cool. It doesn't happen everytime though. It's not bad like with DG and the mysterious traveler and the vampire attacks

It's a percent chance. Miraak constantly stole my kills so I stopped killing dragons (or just saved before the final blow so I can get that chance of getting the soul ) and leveled them murdered his @$$!!!

Agreed. Not sure why people are acting like he's so tough. I nerfed my own character with VL form to even the odds, and I still murdered him...

This only happened to me once.. then he just.. stopped taking my kills. Guess I'm better than him already.
