I just defeated Miraak and I'm clearing my un-needed perks. Where do I find Speechcraft so I can get rid of it? I can't find it anywhere i nthe perks I can clear.

The perk trees that circle the alter is in the same order as in the menu so I believe it is between alchemy and pick pocket

After having to reset 8+ times just to defeat him, I kind of feel your pain.
