Bonemold Formula Quest : V

I've gotten through the Goldenglow quest, but Glover still won't give me the quest for the Bonemold Formula. I've been through Castle Karstaag before reaching the Thieves Guild and have gotten the formula before, could that be the issue?

Sounds like that's why. I got the formula already and haven't even touched the quest for it :/
