Basically I want to add some new lines to the rumors dialogue, the courier dialogue and a few others.

Is this a good idea? I've heard that this may cause mod conflicts, since I'm editing a vanilla quest.
But what if I duplicate those lines I need, and add my conditions to them? That shouldn't conflict with anything, right?
