Bethesda: Please fix the quick reflexes perk.

I have had it up to my eyeballs with this perk. It never works has is intended.

I have spent days building a character,with the skills i had in mind. At first i decided against quick reflexes,because of it's issues. I then decided to use it anyway and see if anything has changed. NO,it hasn't. It always seems to trigger slow motion indefinitely. I am sick to death of it. If mods can fix it,why not you? These are main features in a game for fluff sake. Yet you ignore the issue. It's even worse on console.

I am going to have to start my character all over again. There is no way in hell i'm going through all the main quest of dragonborn to fix this issue. Though ,it won't fix it,because it will happen again. I am never picking this perk again,that's for damn sure. I have tried many things to stop it,but to no avail.


Seriously bethesda,you need to sort this out. Aswell as other obvious issues.


Sorry for the rant,but i every right to moan about this. I have finally had enough of it.
