This is a detail probably only I notice, but, I've been seeing these animal skulls
in reikling lairs. Big buck toothed ones. I thought they were skeever skulls but
they're too big and I've never seen a skeever on the island. They look like a
really big rabbit. Gigant bunnies the reiklings have hunted to extinction? Or an
animal that exists but the game doesn't show us?

This reminds me of my noobish assumption in Morrowind that all the animal sounds in the game had a corresponding animal. I searched for months through the Ashlands looking for the sheep/goat that made the forlorn bleating sound.

I wondered what the skulls belonged to as well. I think the skulls the Rieklings have may be bear or wolf skulls carved to look like an http://www.uesp.net/wiki/File:BM-creature-Hircine%27s_Aspect_Of_Guile.jpg. Or maybe they are just a little visual easter egg from Bloodmoon? Actually, a prehistoric http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2006/04/0411_060411_rabbit.html would be the most interesting.
