So I leave Riften and am heading towards the outlying farm to the north, and I encounter something strange. There are NINE torch bugs just floating about all in one spot, and it's just after one in the afternoon!
Anyone else seen anything like this?

I also get torch bug spawns in the day time. Happens a lot in Solitude and my Lakeview home. I think what's happening is, I entered the cell while it was night, therefore spawning the torch bugs. However, when it goes back to day time, the game never despawns these torch bugs.
