I'v read that the patch has been released, where can i find it my console does not detect any patch's via game start-up. i believe its an issue? this is why i posted here.

This game is really massed up, they should've just postponed it,
i really thought the game was going to be a success when i first seen the gameplays and trailers but then it has no stable multiplayer nor good A.I to even get help through the campaign missions.
these two things are the most important stuff that a game should need/have.

I'm playing it unpatched an its just fine

Try clearing your 360's cache. Go to Memory and press Y. The start Brink back up and see if it asks you to install the patch.

You'll also have to re-install updates for all of your other games, but that takes very little time. Just a heads up on that one.

Its not just him trust me, the texture pop ins are atrocious and slow and the game in its current state is almost unbearable. the red outline on enemy characters almost completely destroys the purpose of customizing your character, who cares what you look like when all they see is red silhouette
