Where do you enter ur code for preorder goodies. I pre-ordered from amazon I had to contact amazon support to get the code since it wasn't included in the package now I have no idea on how to activate it....

for xbox you hit the middle button and go to the left. It'll say redeem code. Hit it and enter the code. Any other platform I wouldn't know.
