How hard can it be to include?

Well the easiest way would be to just convert FNVIntro.bik via radtools, add the subtitles directly to the video, convert it back into bik format and then simply overwrite the intro in your data folder.

The only problem with that is that you can't distribute it due to it being a game resource. I'm really surprised they didn't think about subtitles for the intro when producing the game. Perhaps they'll get smart and remake a version of the intro that deaf people can download.

Eh if someone did a bang up job on it, Beth would turn around and give them a a-okay on it.

Okay, so in the worst case scenario we get the double domed eggheads of arcane mod knowledge to write out a procedure that anyone can follow. I understood in the most basic way what Kai said.. er, okay, I thought I did, I'd have to hit the books again... but getting it written out step for step shouldn't be to hard...
