So I'm having a few issues with the game. Fresh launch, nothing new. I was having terrible framerate issues but I saw the fix to that was to turn off the water until an actual patch hits that fixes the issue. My only other issue remains that my framrates drop to abysmal levels whenever I interact with NPCs. If a conversation lasts longer than 5 or so seconds my framerates dip down to two or three frames per second and the only fix is to try in vein to stop the convo.

So I'm wondering if there is a temporary fix for it, like there was for the overall framerate issue with nvidia cards. If there isn't.. we need a patch asap.
