Using GTX 480 SLI for video.

When I use VATS and it zooms in to show the different areas of the target my FPS tanks from 60 to about 10 or so and stays there until I exit VATS. Sometimes after exiting it corrects itself back to 60, other times it stays low at 10fps or so.

Please advise.

Also, I get the flashing circles on my screen with AA & HDR enabled as other users of the nvidia 4 series cards do.

You may need to start some video driver experimentation.

This game is bug ridden with performance problems. Fix it ffs.
