I got the first three acts for the Tops Casino "Talent Pool" quest just fine, but when i went to talk to the guitarist i ended up going through dialog options in a way that appears to have broken the quest. He said that he doesn't accept charity from strangers and now i can re-initiate dialog about it. Wondering if people have been able to successfully recruit him or if they are stuck where I am, or alternatively if I need to do another quest before he will accept my help.
