I'm pissed. My guns keep shooting and drawing on their own. I can't holster my weapon without the game drawing it back out and shooting. Every time I switch weapons they shoot. Every time I fast travel to a location or walk inside a door they shoot. I shot the merchant in Goodsprings the second I walked in the door, twice! I quit the game twice and fully turned it off once and got the same bug. So now I'm stuck with this because it's saved in my game. I'm not starting over and I'm not playing this game again until it's fixed. It was kind of embarrassing because my brother has his pre-ordered at Best Buy still awaiting pick up and the first time I showed him some gameplay it's doing this. I had to play it off like I was accidentally hitting the shoot button. Anyone else encounter this?

oh thats bad news im getting new vegas on the ps3 but im sure they will make a patch for it

I had this issue as well. When I got to the rocket facility and had to go into the basemant. While talking with the ghoul Harald or whatever, all of a sudden my weapons wouldn't shoot and every time I navigated from a menu or pip boy or changed weapons, my weapon would automatically shoot. Caused me to shoot every NPC I tried to talk to.

I had to restart my Xbox 360 to get it to function properly. :/ Seems to be working ok so far.

Had a couple other glitches too, like lousy framerate and getting stuck in a couple places (had to teleport out of). Hope they patch this game soon.

I have a ps3 and it started to do this also even with my previous saves :shakehead:

Wow, even on previous save files. That's horrible. I expected bugs coming into this game and I accepted that, but this one I was not expecting. I really hope something can be done for all of us.

Not glad to see anyone encounter this bug, but as long I'm not the only one with the problem it gives me a sign of relief it could get fixed...

Let's hope a fix/patch come soon! I've been waiting for this game forever and now I'm just kind of pissed since I don't want to start over completely.

i've had the same problem, i fixed it by fast travelling or you can save, then quit the game... restart your ps3 and load up the game and the problem should be fixed.
