Classical Music : Fallout: New Vegas

So I was browsing the Fallout New Vegas pre-download files, and I noticed a good amount of classical music, for example:

Wonder what this could mean? Background music in the ritzier casino? A hidden radio station?

I think that is more for places like 'The Ultra Luxe' with its ballroomesque music in the background

I agree, this seems to be typical of the Ultra luxe more so then the other casinos.

On a side note, I've just listened to 3 out of 4 of these links so far, these are some truly lovely pieces. -weeps tears at the beauty of the music-
