What do you suppose the differance between miss Fortune and the Mysterious stranger perk is ... on the surface they seem well the same heh.. Du\iffrent weapon ?? or maybe just people wanted a diffrent gender lending them a hand??

I am curious about this myself. Like you say, is it just a change in gender, or does Miss Fortune do something else? Maybe she doesn't attack your enemies but makes them have critical failures when she appears. It would fit with the name (misfortune) and lady luck vibe I get from her.

If it is just a change in gender and she is like the Mysterious Stranger, can you have both at once? Or does taking one perk prevent you from taking the other?

Inquiring minds want to know . . . .

Hmmm both at once for some kind of super tag team effect.. Like she does a flying dropkick and stands on there arms while he goes about working em over with a tire Iron....

Yeah this is definitely a weird one.. Going by her name I would expect her appearance to give you a guaranteed hit, or maybe a guaranteed critical hit. But even then, the mysterious stranger is surely the way to go?

Yeah, it would appear that it is this. Miss Fortune does not kill, but makes living a pain. ^_^

No. Difference is:

1) If you're in a firefight, Mysterious Stranger will randomly show up and help out
2) If you are GAMBLING, Miss Fortune will randomly show up and tip the odds in your favour

The guide seems to have info on that, other than that I don't know. Scans really don't belong on this board, but that's probably where it comes from. ^_^

Now we just need Sir Prize, a strange old man who approaches you in the middle of the night while your asleep who gives you gifts that are mundane and precious.
