Preference does not contain any of the toggle on/off for spell check system in GECK.

this wasnt this annyoing in Fallout 3 GECK.

Spell Check goes through literraly every words i wrote in message.

They didn't include any dictionaries. Just copy the one from Fallout 3.

how can I copy the dictionaries? is there a file in fallout 3 folder?

The dictionaries are in the lex folder in your Fallout 3 directory simply copy the whole folder to your NV directory.
