so i hope i can be the first to say i found it

i dont know what the building is called but its near the entrance of puesta de sol. there are markings on the wall (arrows) and such the lead you to a 3 story building go to the top story where you find a couch look behind it see a vent you have the option to open it to your surprise you find a pshyco and a chip on the floor...also you see a hole on the wall with a board thst goes to a roof. y/here you find a radio signal 743.00Hz ULF
its father elijah voice talking about random stuff he also mentions he wants his holorifle back, (the gun you start off with) i believe he is in that building.... im not sure tho i couldnt find an entrance who knows any one with more detail feel free to share.

oh and i only think im the first to know about the vent thing not signal

well i came across the the vent just by simply looking dor typical fallout content, and the signal just luck i guess pretty cool, so do you think my theory is correct hes in that building
