No. The game update that went out last week covers Dead Money

Despite the last update my character still gets stuck in vats...usually until death, about one in every five times entering vats. Is there any way this can be fixed in a future patch? I'm on xbox with game installed and I regularly soft reset cache.

I only have the missing Ed-E and missing speech options, but from what I've heard there isn't much you can do about the vats glitch. sorry! we got screwed!
