I purchased the xbox Call of Cthulhu game back when it first came out; I only recently got the PC one. At any rate, I encountered two horrific bugs in the xbox game; here are my questions regarding them:1. On the ship when you are at sea, and the crew is being killed, if I save it during the early part of the mission then without fail the game will freeze/crash. However, if I save it before the sea voyage and do not save it again until I am below decks then the freeze/crash will not take place. Is that the only way to avoid this bug? It seems to be the only way that I was able to devise, and that others could as well.2. When fighting Mother Hydra, every time I fire the alien laser gun (or whatever it is called), the game will freeze/crash. This made playing that segment of the game very frustrating. I eventually found the correct way to defeat her, but this bug was *probably* the second-most annoying in the entire game.Other than these two bugs, the Xbox version was pretty clean, and I was able to complete it. At first, I thought it was my xbox so I got another xbox system; same bugs. Then I replaced my game since I thought it was a defective copy... but *every* copy I got had the bugs in them still, thus proving they are issues with the game itself and not defects in specific copies.
