Though that poll would be a bit out of date for some of the votes (me, for example), the overall distribution would probably be quite similar.

Yeah there is but it's probably outdated now as it's years old and several of us can't vote in it anymore, obviously.

And why would an account be locked because of actual age? O_o. (besides the under 13 thing)
