I can't complete the 1st Security what if mission solo for the life of me. The last attempt I made was buggy. The AI ended up some how able to move the escort down the water way past the bridge they are supposed to blow up before it was blown up.

I've done every other mission in the game solo and I can't get this one done. I want to play some more multiplayer, but it's become a challenge to me now and I'm not backing down until I smack the hell out of this crappy AI and finish this mission solo.

Has anyone been able to do the Security What if solo? If so how?

I just went medic and kept my team alive. Sometimes I feel like playing solo is all about luck.

Completed it yesterday. I've completed everything on Hard now.

I was a Sniping Engi, and simply set up turrets and landmines to defend the objective and then Sniped anyone getting too close. Took me about 5 or 6 tries though.


The last What If is ridiculously easy though, so don't worry about that one.

Completed this yesterday, took me a while though. I knew that if I left them take the first objective that trying to keep them stopped at the river would be a pain so if it did get taken I would just restart the mission. As in restart I mean go back to main menu and go from there... seriously a "Restart Objective/Mission" button would be nice for when your playing solo, unless I've just missed it somehow and I'm an idiot (really if thats the case please tell me where it is).

Anyway completed it as an Engineer. Set a mine in front of the main objective and put a turret in the back facing towards it. Also made sure to built BOTH MG nests as the one looking out to the enemy spawn is most important (AI would actually use it). Also MAKE SURE TO REMOVE THE HACK BOX FROM THE DOOR!!! Other wise they'll just flood in there and you won't be able to stop them.

the best way to play solo is supporting your team, thy are slow and fully [censored] sometimes but if u give
them some time thy will do there job, have play engineer the whole time .
Also don't rush to your objective, just try to get forward if your team is with you, if thy are dead just hold the line there and don't die
