*ahem* there is something called fireteams. you have to start them in-game i beleive, but so long as you don't back out to the main menu, you will stay with your fireteam aka party.

LMAO claymores. Check out Splash Damage's old games. They all had mines in them that were set by engineers.

*facepalm*
what the OP was talking about is that there is NO way to party up BEFORE and then all jump into a game instead what u have is having 1 person join a game and HOPING it has enough room for 7 other ppl to join who will HOPEFULLY join before some random takes a spot or 2

THAT is not good and terrible for a game that promotes teamplay. No excuses SD dropped the ball bigtime on that and dont see the game lasting long on consoles when ppl are getting trouble to play with friends especially when its a new IP

There's a vote to kick feature, I must've kicked about 20 players in order to get my friends on my team. I guess it's abusing their system but hey, it's the only way to play with your friends without it being a painful process.

That's way too much work to just get kicked 15 minutes later because the lobby is impossible to play in due to networking issues.

I still don't have the game yet, so don't know if this works.

But can you setup fireteam in a private game, then switch lobbies with all your buddies into a public one?

Seems simple enough if it can work...

If this was the first thing patched along with less lag this game would be alot less crapped on.

yeah but apparently people want to let this thread die instead of posting their opinion and getting a feature that is clearly a must have for any team based shooter added. Lets just hope SD reads this or has an epiphany because personally i havent had hardly any lag issues , and no graphical or audio issues but this will make the game die faster then any of those things. Where are your priorities Brink community?
