FO3 Archive tool - Can I use it with NV?

I've searched high and low for a FNV version of the FO3 Archive tool with no luck. The GECK Wiki only has a link to the FO3 version. Am I safe using that? Is there a NV version available?

FO3 Archive Tool works great with New Vegas, no worries.
