Hello any word on if a mod that adds visual and gameplay effects for usage and addiction to drug's and alcohol has been released or is in the works yet? I would love to see some hallucinogenics, or maybe start to see things because your an alcoholic, or even some psychotic episodes due to taking things like Buffout. I think making the drugs effect more than stats would be very immersive and give the strip a crazier feel.

EDIT: Come to think of it it is very possible, and easy to port it over to New Vegas... Of course one wouldn't think of distributing it without permission from the author.
