Can anyone register a facebook site that everybody who has purchased this software that is having freezing/crashing/lockup problems can join. All of these customers can then request a refund due to it clearly being a defective product. The maker of the software was aware of these defects before selling it to the customers. This company has made over $300,000,000 worth in revenue by early November. Thats just in retail sales, not including direct download. If the refunds are not given then a class action lawsuit can be filed. Im sure some very capable lawyer would like to take on that case.
