I've notived that scrolling back and forth on the pipboy is only a problem on one the three submenus. The Stats and Items menus seem fine, but the Data submenu seems to lag or "stick" when trying to scroll between the local and global maps, the quest menu, the various items menu, and the radio.

Also there is a lag or stick when swiching between the main menus. Particularly when switching from either the Stats menu to the Items menu. Or when switching from the Data menu to the Items menu. Scrolling outward from the Items menu is fine, it's when I try to scroll inward that the lag appears. This not a major problem, but it is slightly annoying after an hour or two of playing.

Anyone else notice this? It'd be great if others tried to see if they too have this problem. Thanks for reading.

This game has so many things wrong with it. Bethesda and obsidian are staying mum about everything we keep complaining and they haven't done hardly anything about it i will never buy either one of their games again
