i think i might have deleted the patch files off my hard drive by accident the problem showed up after i cleaned alot of crap off my hard drive. i just need to get whatever i deleted back so that i dont lose all my progress. can some one please help me soon. i cant find a number to call or anything for help.

No. This is a common glitch. It's nothing your fault.

Try loading an older save that works. If not, your option is to wait for a patch that might make your saves valid again, or start a new character.

As for re-downloading the patch if you deleted your cache, just boot up the game again while connected to Live and you'll automatically re-download it.
