Now, I would like to speculate several thing about Ulysses. I know I'm going to get chastised for making all of these assumptions, but at this point I believe enough proof to back me up.
Here are some things I wonder about Ulysses:

1. In the deck of cards that came with the Collectors Edition, Ulysses was the 3 of Clubs. Every other clubs card was part of Caesars Legion.

2. Caesars Legion often uses Latin.

3. In the Latin translation of the Odyssey, Odysseus was called Ulysses.

4. ODYSSEUS (also called ULYSSES) was an AI like Mr. House, designed for Van Buren, but is now speculated to be the AI in Old World Blues. (Info http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Old_World_Blues , and http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Odysseus )

That pretty much my speculation that Ulysses is in fact somehow linked to this ODYSSEUS AI.

Another question I have is, if my first point is correct, then why wouldn't Ulysses take the job to deliver the platinum chip and just bring it to Caesar?
