It does say on IMDB that some guy called Toby Turner is doing the narration.

Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean its this Toby Turner.

Why not keep Ron Perlman? In my opinion he's the best person for :fallout: narration.
And he's my favourite actor.

Judging from Dead Money, it'll be narrated by a new character in the DLC, possibly the antagonist. Hopefully it'll be Joshua Graham, and whatever actor plays him.

Probably has a reasonably hefty fee that can be filled by a similar and cheaper low-voiced guy for the purposes of this DLC. I doubt this guy would do a good narration, his voice is extremely hard to take seriously after watching some of his videos.

Toby Turner was given the credit for that as he did his Fallout New Vegas walkthrough on his channel. He even commented on it briefly and basically said "Btw I've heard I'm credited as the second narrator so uhhh...thanks! I guess."

It's probably just some overzealous [censored] getting him on the website's credits as a joke. Nothing more.
