Description:

All particles in game are surrounded by a solid blue color. This ranges from bullets, muzzle flash, fire, explosions, etc. Other then this it runs flawlessly.

I have updated my video driver. I have tried tweaking my settings from high to low. I cannot find a fix to this. I know my card isn't the best but at the same time its not the worst.

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT:[FIXED] I reinstalled the game and it fixed the issue.

Question. How do you reinstall games on steam lol?

EDIT: Ah, it makes you redownload it. I was looking for a option that would avoid that:/ Guess that wouldn't help if the file wasn't included in the download.

You have to right click the game and select Delete Local Content. After that where it usually says "Play" it will say Install

I guess ill try to reinstall later. I am using my laptop with Radeon 5650, and menu's and customization and even the cut scenes are perfectly fine, the second i get in game, everything is blue. Can vaguely make out obstacles and people if they are close, but the intense blue tint makes playing impossible.

I can confirm this worked for me! The re-install fixed the issue. Updating drivers only made the boxes blue.
