So, I don't know why your topic was locked so quick.... It is a legit concern, my hard copy fails too (see my reply to: http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1187751-hard-copy-wont-read/).

Uploading to somewhere IS illegal, as the one response in your tread said, but as I mentioned in the other thread, is that you can get steam if you dont already ave it, and just go to Games > Activate product on steam, and put in your CD key. It'll download the game and install for you, without needing the media.

This is NOT illegal, it is a just steam game, and the hard copy installs steam anyway.

If only. Steam tells me it's not out in my country yet.
