PC Issues: Lag, AI’s, Bugs, etc. What can we do to help?

My issue :

After getting my hopes pumped up by my friend to get this game and counting down the seconds till it’s release, I came to a disappointment. After playing through Rebellions singleplayer mode, I had steam coming out of my ears from frustration playing with the AI’s. To best describe my feeling : I strongly believe my 5 year old nephew , who has no experience with any sort of gaming , could do better by following me around as a medic and acting as a shield. For today’s technology age, these AI’s would get their ass handed to them by any AI from the 90’s. (I think Herbert Hoover would feel more depressed about this than the 1930’s(the great depression for those who don’t get it) ) Apart from the AI issue, the online play… I don’t think I need to describe the frustration from that to most of you , (for those NOT having issues, your criticism is not appreciated) the lag is unbearable and just about unplayable. I haven’t seen many bugs on my side, but that could just be because I haven’t noticed them. I know plenty of you out there are seeing them and posting them, thank you for that. Hopefully someone will take attention to it and solve these issues.

How we could help?

My hope is that Brink developers have been looking on this forum for what issues we are having, so far though I haven’t seen a post made by them asking for specific feedback. What we can do to help speed the process, posting not only specs but any other crucial information on your computer. But before we get to that, make sure all your drivers are UP TO DATE. Think to yourself, “what stupid questions will costumer service ask me?” so you might as well get those out of the way. Now I am not all that computer techy , I’m only a web designer still in school but I believe by going to cmd , and entering systeminfo , should bring out all the information that they would need to resolve these issues. (AS I SAID not a computer genius, I am unsure if its SAFE to post that data, thats why id like for everyone to wait until I can confirm that it is safe. Hopefully the developers will make their own topic here( OR READ MINE THEN DO IT. YEAH I'M TALKING TO YOU, DO IT. please? ) for us to post in out specs and etc)

Hopefully we can speed the process of fixing this, so we can all get back to properly shooting each other

I'm asking for others to post what they are having problems with + specs in an organized form. And be best to keep all spec / gliches and etc in one post. My hope is that they will make an official topic to get this fixed. I guess i should give a raw example:

Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost)
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
EVGA SuperClocked 01G-P3-1563-AR GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB
Asus P8P67 PRO P67 B3 Rev i7 i5 i3 LGA1155 mobo
Win 7 64-bit.
Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM

Gliches

When reloading my shotgun after first shot , the animation or sound of me reloading doesn't show until i shoot the 2nd time and reload then.

Problems

Unable to play online because of the lagg and choppy movement.
Ai's need to be revised.
Engineer turret needs to be revised. Look into TF2 turret.
Seems like people hiding behind solid object only show half their head and are still able to fire back at me. I find that frustrating and very unrealistic .
