[RELZ] Remove Compass NPC Markers

Post » Fri May 27, 2011 2:03 am

This mod will remove the NPC markers that appear over the compass. Now, you'll need to actually see or hear the people to know they are there.

This mod can be used in conjunction with my http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1123880-relz-remove-compass-poi-markers/ mod to turn your compass into just that, a compass.

folder can be found under the directory where you installed Fallout.
With Steam installed, this tends to be:

c:\program files\steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\data

2. Start the game.

Uninstall
=========
If you have not installed any other mods that modify the GUI, you can
just delete the "menus" folder under your Fallout Data directory.

If you have installed other mods that modify the GUI, or you are unsure,
just delete the following file from under your Fallout Data directory:

Data\menus\prefabs\hudtemplates.xml

=================
None known.

If another GUI mod modifies hudtemplates.xml, which ever one is
