I was wondering if someone could make a mod to make you get less skill points per level.
I was thinking something about the lines of 6 base points with 1 extra per intelligence

The gifted traits in both sub out -5 or 6 skill points per level and a add +1 to all special.

My NV Realism Tweaks will greatly reduce both your initial points and the points you receive at leveling up. This is part of my Hard-Core module, which will also include changes to some of the default Perks (and a bunch of other things)
