My Short Review:

everthing is really choppy
Mouse acceleration is terrible
Camera Distance is too close
Field of View is too low
Framerates are by far too low
Npcs are slowing down the game bad
Clipping errors
Quicksave not Working
Continue not Working
Fallout.ini changes not working properly
Steamcloud not working
and again everything is choppy and lagging even on lowest!

- the game as it is today is terrible, even worse than Oblivion was once!

1 out of 10 unplayable due to Performance Issues
