It defaults to ultra but i am getting more studdering issues but when i set it to high it does not stay, any fixes yet?

I have the same issue lastnight when i ran it for the first time i was able to adjust my resolution and it saved however now i cannot make any changes that will save

a quick fix is to open doccuments>my games>FalloutNV and delete both the ini files fallout and falloutprefs then when you launch again you will be able to change your video settings and have them save
