Trader Question?

Is there any way to edit the traders time it takes between they re spawn there inventory with new stuff?, or don't they do that??

They're a couple of mods for FO3 that change the time the Traders take to respawn there inventory.
Maybe their is already one for NV, but I'm not sure.
