Is this a modded armor set or is this in game? : Fallout: New Vegas

Is this a mod? I havent found the slave scarf yet and I think this might be it.

I also heard someone mention that the armor was reinforced leather armor.

The scarf/ face wrap is what i really want since it looks badass and suits my character.

The armor is the reinforced leather armor, but the scarf looks like a mod.

I am pretty sure its moded. The only time I had the face wrap was with NCR armor and that is almost certainly reinforced leather armor. Three to one odds that it is a mod.

Edit: go into the Mods section of the forum and ask there, not only will they be able to tell you with 100% certainty, but they might also be able to point you to the right mod.
