I was walking around on the Hoover Dam earlier and jumped down past the opened up fence that's left of the first Tower. Anyway, I jumped down there on the rocks and Boone followed me down there. I was swimming around the dam the game didn't freeze, but went to a black screen then exited to the XMB. Also there's another major problem there if you swim around down there with a companion they wont be able to climb the ladder back up . I noticed I can climb the ladder, but when you get to the top there's no icon to climb back down it and your companion ends up stuck down there unless you quick travel somewhere.
